FIVE YEAR WORRY FREE WARRANTY
Charles Koll Jewelers is pleased to offer our Five Year Worry Free Warranty on all items sold.
This warranty includes maintenance repairs needed within five years of the purchase date i.e. :
- Stone tightening
- Replacing lost or chipped melee diamonds *smaller than 0.025ct*
- Prong re-tipping
- Polishing
- Rhodium plating
- Appraisal updates (update to current market pricing)
This warranty does cover normal wear and tear for five years, but will be void if obvious signs of abuse are present.
*Ring sizing is free of charge within six months of the purchase date.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
All items sold are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defect under the original owner’s possession. Damage due to abuse or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect and is not covered. Diamonds larger than 0.025ct are not covered under this warranty and should be insured against damage and theft.
DIAMOND UPGRADE POLICY
The original diamond will be credited at current retail value towards a new diamond, which is at least 30% more valuable than the original diamond.
Synthetic (lab grown) diamonds are excluded from the upgrade policy.
