FIVE YEAR WORRY FREE WARRANTY

Charles Koll Jewellers is pleased to offer our Five Year Worry Free Warranty on all items sold.

This warranty includes maintenance repairs needed within five years of the purchase date including stone tightening, replacing lost or chipped melee diamonds (smaller than 0.025ct), prong re-tipping, polishing and rhodium plating.   This warranty does cover normal wear and tear for five years, but will be void if obvious signs of abuse are present.

*Ring sizing is free of charge within six months of the purchase date.  

LIFETIME WARRANTY

All items sold are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defect under the original owner’s possession.  Damage due to abuse or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect and is not covered.   Diamonds larger than 0.025ct are not covered under this warranty and should be insured against damage and theft.
